Refund policy

Want to return an item? Here's how:

• Items should be returned the way they were delivered
• Product must be in unused condition in the original sealed packaging with all parts and accessories
• Return period is 30 days from delivery date and we must receive the item back within 30 days of the return request.
• For orders under 15lbs, there is a $12 shipping charge per box/label if using a pre-paid return label
• For orders over 15lbs, we charge a minimum 10% restocking fee plus a $25 return shipping fee per box/label if using a pre-paid return label
• Freight and heavy items (espresso machines, large grinders, brewers, etc) have a 20% restocking fee and a $250 flat fee per pallet to cover return freight shipping.
• Items returned in a different condition than described, will be charged a fee based on condition received.
